Terms and Conditions
9 Week Chautauqua Season Policies:Check-in is 4:00 pm. If you'd like to come sooner, and don't mind having your luggage placed on the porch or right inside the entrance while the cleaners finish cleaning, please do so. This is your vacation, and the sooner it starts the better!
Check-out is 10:00 am. Check-out coincides with your gate pass. If you need to make different arrangements, please call us at 716-357-4583.
All properties are 100% non-smoking.
No pets are permitted unless a specific written agreement has been made. Violation will result in possible loss of the rental with no refund given, and an additional cleaning fee.
Rental occupancy is not to exceed the accommodation limit for that unit. Exceeding the limit can result in additional charges.
If the rental property becomes listed for sale prior to or after signing this agreement, the tenant shall allow the property to be shown by a licensed Real Estate Agent provided an appointment is made prior to the showing.
Peace of Mind Damage Insurance is offered to all guests for $30.00($3,000 coverage). If you'd like to opt out, then a $300 security deposit written out as a check to Maple Group Real Estate, is required at check-in. The check will be returned at check-out if no damage has occurred, or money will be deducted if needed.
All Chautauqua Season rentals require a $500 deposit for rentals greater than $2,000, and a $200 deposit for rentals less than $2,000. Full payment is due March 1st. If the reservation is made after March 1st for the upcoming season, full payment is due at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellations for the Chautauqua Season will be refunded the amount they have paid, only when we have re-rented the property, minus a $200 processing fee. Travel Insurance is offered on all our properties.
Check-in is usually anytime! If you will be arriving before 3:00 pm, simply give us a call to verify your rental is ready, 716-357-4583.
Check-out is usually anytime! If you'd like to make it a lazy morning, or turn it into a lazy afternoon, please call to verify your room is not rented the following night. 716-357-4583.

Please notify us 24 hours in advance of your reservation if you need to cancel.
CSA Travel Protection:
This Vacation Rental Damage plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed $3,000 will be charged to the credit card on file. If you damage the real or personal property assigned to your rental accommodation during the trip, the Insurer will reimburse the lesser of the cost of repairs or the Actual Cash Value of the property, up to $3,000. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy (www.vacationrentalinsurance.com/g10vrd). The Vacation Rental Damage can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Maple Group Real Estate any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact Maple Group Real Estate directly if you do not wish to participate in this plan or assignment.
The Guest agrees to indemnify and save individual homeowner, Maple Group Real Estate and its employees, free and harmless for any liabilities or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from, related to, or in connection with rental of the premises. This includes, but is not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or loss of property, which is made, incurred or sustained, by guest or guest of guest, or any occupants of the premise.
In placing a reservation at any property with Maple Group Real Estate, Guest certifies that he/she has read and agrees to all terms of this agreement, conditions and policies set forth within. Each confirmation also includes all of these terms, conditions, and policies. For reservations made over the phone, Guest will be sent the terms and conditions via email. This contract must be signed and returned by scan or fax (716-357-2286) in its entirety within 72 hours in order to confirm the reservation.
