The Roost has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first floor features a large covered porch, a living room, full kitchen, dining room, and a well-tuned piano. 
The lower level consists of a sitting room.
2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed, one with two twins or a king size bed), and a bathroom with a shower.
The Roost also features central heat and air-conditioning.

The Roost has a spacious front porch with a large dining table and rocking chairs. A perfect place to sit and relax or entertain guests. The Roost has a fully furnished kitchen. The master bedroom (main floor) has a king size bed as well as a walk-in closet (not pictured). A spacious sitting area includes a TV with a DVD player as well as a CD player. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds. The Roost’s second level sitting room has a couch, desk, and television with cable and a DVD player. The second guest bedroom includes a full size bed.
