Chautauqua Institution Season - Weekly Rental: $3800 plus tax and Cleaning Fee: $250
Off-Season rental rate: $195 plus tax
The Roost has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first floor features a large covered porch, a living room, full kitchen, dining room, king bedroom and bathroom w/ steam shower.
The lower level consists of a sitting room, bathroom w/ shower, and two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with two twins)
The Roost also features central heat and air-conditioning.
